Pat's photographs capture the extraordinary beauty in everyday objects and scenes - light caught on an old lantern or in a farm kitchen, a prairie dawn or the dawn caught on a Tuscan tree, perfect flowers, the richness of canola fields surrounding a century old Manitoba farmhouse and the peaceful, elaborate life in Canada.
Pat is also a member of Uniquely Manitoba and In Plain View Winnipeg, an artist’s coop. Her work can be seen in shows in Winnipeg and rural Manitoba with plans to show in British Columbia, Alberta, the Yukon and Bahrain, in the near future. She also can be found at the Pine Ridge Hollow Farmer's Market during the summer and fall and art shows around the community throughout the year. She has studied with several painters to enhance her artistic expression, most recently Francesco Fontana-of Milano, Italy (2010), but is mostly self-taught.
